My Family and I stayed at Villa Rosa the week of 7/8-7/15, 2012 and absolutely loved it! It was everything and more. Location was perfect, directly across from the beach and a short walk away from excellent shopping. The kitchen was my favorite! It was extremely large and all 19 members could actually meet, talk and yes, some even cooked all at the same time. Our stay will produce memories for the family for years to come. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Our family stayed at Villa Rosa July 8th – July 15th and this estate was wonderful! I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

This home is in a perfect location across from the beach with close proximity to the Airport and a few blocks from the Ferry. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 19 family members with King, Queen and Double beds. The beautifully decorated home was reminiscent of an era-gone-by and its rich history was an instant draw. The air conditioned home allowed for comfort on those humid summer days/nights while the cool ocean breezes were felt by all on the wrap around front porch (my favorite spot). The wrap around front porch (with plentiful, comfortable seating) severed as the meeting place mornings, afternoons and evenings for relaxing, dining or just watching the sun set or rise (a must do if you stay there). The next best spot in the house was the fabulous gourmet kitchen - to die for! It allowed for all 19 family members to be in the kitchen at once either socializing or cooking with state of the art appliances, beautiful dishes, glassware, serving platters and any kitchen gadget and appliance you could think off!

Town Beach and Inkwell Beach are directly across the street with direct beach access. The hub of shopping, eateries, water activities and sight-seeing tours were just a few blocks away and the VTA bus stopped right near the home to take you to other towns on the island.

This home had a wonderful atmosphere of warmth and the Caretaker assured our needs were accommodated. The fond memories of this vacation will last a lifetime!

Thank you sharing your home and a piece of history with us.
